What time is your check-in and check-out time?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
The facilities in the park open at 9 a.m. so you are welcome to come early and make the most of the day.
Please be sure to arrive by 7:30 p.m. if you have requested dinner as it must be readied for you.

Before I check-in or after I check-out, can you store my luggage?

Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes. We do have non-smoking rooms available.
If the hotel is fully booked, and we are unable to comply with your request, we will deodorize the room.

Is it possible to have pets staying in our room with us?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have pets staying in your room, regardless of the type of room.

How to pay fees?

We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, or Union Pay cards.

Is it possible to designate the floor on which our room is located?

Unless your accommodation package is for the top floor, we are unable to accept requests for a certain floor.

Please explain about cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are incurred from seven days prior to your stay. Please see the following for details on the cancellation timing/cancellation fee rates.

Meal / Restaurant

What time is dinner?

In general, dinner is served between 5:30 and 9:00 p.m. (last order 8:30 p.m.).
However, during peak periods the timing may be moved slightly forward or backward.
For guests not taking advantage of the accommodation package that includes meals at Restaurant Hamanasu, our main dining establishment, please refer to the operating hours for each restaurant.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served at our main dining establishment, Restaurant Hamanasu, between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.

If we have not selected the meal package, is there a place to eat?

You can eat at Restaurant Marimo located in the hotel facility.

Do you provide meals for children?

We have a western-style bento lunchbox available for children six years old and younger.
The lunchbox contains hamburger steak, breaded and deep-fried prawn, and other items suited to a child’s palate.
If you would prefer your child to have the adult meal, adult prices will be charged. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please let us know at least one day in advance.

Is it possible to eat lunch at the hotel?

Yes. In addition to lunch at Restaurant Marimo, we also offer several booking-based options for groups, including the Genghis Khan Garden, Yakiniku Restaurant Morimori, and a range of traditional Japanese multi-course lunches or lunch boxes designed for receptions.

Facilities

Do you have parking? Is it free?

Yes, we have free parking for our guest use.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi can be used for free in the hotel lobby and guest rooms within the hotel buildings.

How do we travel around the grounds?

You are welcome to use your own vehicle or take advantage of our transport options available for rent such as a bicycle or golf carts (charges apply).

Is there safty box in the guest room?

Yes, all guest rooms have safety boxes.

Is there a laundry facility in the hotel building?

The coin laundry is located on the first floor of the hotel.

Onsen / Hot springs

Can day visitors use the hot springs?

Day visitors can use the hot springs between the hours of 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. (last entry: 8 p.m.)

Can the hot springs be used before check in and after check out?

Guests staying overnight may use the hot springs free of charge.
Please ask the front desk staff for towels and bath towels.

Is it possible to reserve a private spa bath?

This hotel does not provide private spa baths.

Are there additional charges for towels/bath towels?

Guests staying overnight may bring the towels/bath towels from their rooms.
Additional charges apply for day visitors or people staying elsewhere.
Towels/bath towels may be purchased or rented.

I’m pregnant. Can I use the hot springs?

Expectant mothers may not use these hot spring baths.

Is it possible to store large luggage items (suitcases etc.) if I am not staying overnight?

Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk.

Activity

Is it possible to rent swimwear?

Yes, we have swimwear available for rent. (charges apply)

Is it necessary to wear a swimming cap in the heated pool?

Both adults and children must wear a cap in the heated pool.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are sold at the Shiki no Mori Ticket Center (next to the hotel).

Is it possible to obtain a refund on unused tickets?

Refunds are not available.

From what age is a lift pass required?

Children over six years of age require a lift pass. Children six years and under ride free.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Is there bank or ATM close by?

There are no banks close by. The closest banks are located in front of JR Mori Station or in the vicinity of Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
There is an ATM located in a FamilyMart (convenience store) five minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Is there a convienience store close by?

There is located in a FamilyMart (convenience store) five minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Is there a drug store close by?

There are no drug stores close by. The closest drug stores are located in the Mori Town center or in the vicinity of Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
If you feel unwell or have injured yourself, please contact the front desk clerks.

Is there clinic close by?

There is one clinic near the Onumakoen Station, but in order to visit a large hospital or specialists you would need to travel as far as the Mori Town center, Nanae, or Hakodate.

Can I fly my drone?

Due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow use of drones within the area.
*Excludes instances where prior permission has been obtained, such as for media coverage.

Are there any gasoline stations close by?

The COSMO OIL Kitaseki Komagatake filling station is located a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Although the station is open 24 hours a day, please expect closures and shorter operating hours over the New Year holiday period.
Drive out of GREENPIA ONUMA’s gates, turn left at the first traffic lights, and continue driving for approx. 5 minutes. The gasoline station is on your right.
